Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Services
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit. By uploading a track, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that track for the sole purpose of producing the stems you asked for, and to deliver them back to you. We do not use your audio to train models, and we do not share it. Your track and its stems are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period for your plan.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds
Paid subscriptions on devocal.com renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment processing. To stop renewal, open Settings → Billing and manage your subscription in the Waffo consumer portal. You can also contact support@devocal.com for help. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally ends at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone is not a refund request.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you have used no more than 10% of your plan's monthly allowance: at most 2 separations for Starter or 20 for Pro. Duplicate charges, failure to provide the service, and refunds required by applicable law are handled separately and are not limited by these eligibility conditions.
Send refund requests to support@devocal.com, including your account email, order ID and reason. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the funds.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
