On devocal.com, sign in and open Settings → Profile to view and edit your name and avatar, or Settings → Billing to view your subscription details. To request a copy of your personal data, corrections not available in settings, or deletion of personal data, email support@devocal.com with your account email and request details.
To close your account, open Settings → Security and select the account deletion option. If you have an ongoing subscription or a pending payment, please address it in Billing first, or contact support@devocal.com for help with data deletion and account closure.
We will respond to data requests within 30 calendar days, or within the applicable legal deadline, and explain the outcome or any steps still needed.
